I graduated with a BSc(Hons) degree in Food Science (Food Service and Nutrition) from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu in 2011 and a Master degree in Food Science field from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu in 2014. I started my first career as a nutritionist and food therapist. However, due to my passionate in teaching, I changed my career pathway. I joined Taylor’s Culinology in 2016 and is assigned to teach several modules such as Experimental Food Product & Practice, Food Product Development and Sensorial Evaluation.
